Flat valve:
The temperature rating of the flat valve produced by our company can be L, P, S, T, U, V types in API Spec 6A. According to requirements, we can provide gate valves that can be used in high temperature environments up to 350 ℃ or 650 ℃. Fire resistant gate valves can also be provided according to API Spec 6A specifications. The working pressure levels of our company's gate valves are 2000psi, 3000psi, 5000psi, 10000psi, 15000psi, 20000psi. The material level is API 6AAA~HH, the product specification level is PSL1~4, and the performance requirement level is PR1~2. In addition, our company also produces ball screw flat valves and FC structure flat valves.
Our company's flat valve has the following characteristics:
1. The structure is simple, and the gate and valve seat assembly are easy to disassemble and replace;
2. Adopting an integral gate, it can be used in both directions to increase its service life;
3. The thrust bearing has a high load capacity, and the rubber composite lip shaped valve stem packing minimizes the switching torque;
4. Threaded valve stem packing cover allows for the replacement of bearings and valve stem packing under pressure;
5. A new type of closed groove sealing ring is used between the valve body and the valve cover, connected by bolts, with a simple structure and reliable sealing;
6. The bearing seat is equipped with a lubricating oil nozzle for easy on-site grease filling;
7. The surface of the gate and valve seat is sprayed (stacked) with special hard alloy, making it have good wear resistance and corrosion resistance;
8. There is a wave spring installed between the valve body and valve seat, which can maintain good metal sealing between the gate and valve seat under low pressure;
9. The gate is designed with full floating, so the valve should rotate 1/4 of a roll after the opening and closing operations are in place.
